Color measurement of baked goods
Whether bread loaves, rolls individually or in the production line, toast, cookies, cake bases, gingerbread or cookies (degree of browning!), the quality of all baked goods depends crucially on their color. A uniform appearance guarantees the quality and safety of the products.
Depending on the requirements, the color must be measured on the move with a portable colorimeter, in a large sample tray on a stationary device or online within the production line. HunterLab offers the right solution for all three methods to determine precise and reliable color values.
