Colour measurement of foils, films and plastic plates

Is a film clear or milky, translucent, transparent or cloudy? The appearance of a film differs depending on the raw material, composition and intended use. Spectrophotometers can precisely determine the amount of light that is transmitted, absorbed or scattered. With measurement technology from HunterLab, deviations are detected quickly and costs are minimized. In stationary haze/colour measuring devices, samples of (technical) foils, films or plates are subjected to standard-compliant quality control, while foils on rolls are tested in real time using online/inline measuring devices.
