Aeros-Application-NutsBei Snack-Food ist es wichtig sicherzustellen, dass das Instrument über eine große Beobachtungsfläche verfügt, denn so kann die Probe in verschieden großen Probentellern oder in einer Petrischale einfach unter dem Sensor platziert werden.
Am Beispiel von Nüssen, werden die Proben wie Schüttgüter gehandhabt und in großen Probentellern aus der Charge entnommen, danach unter dem Sensor des Aeros platziert und gemessen. Dabei ist darauf zu achten, dass der Boden des Tellers immer komplett bedeckt ist.

Der Messkopf des Aeros’ kann waagrecht verstellt und damit exzentrisch über dem Rand einer Probenschale bzw. des Probentellers positioniert werden. Für die Messung dreht sich die Schale/der Teller unter dem Sensor, während das Gerät in 5 Sekunden 35 Messungen ausführt und daraus den Mittelwert bildet.

During rotation, several measurements are taken in succession and the average value is automatically calculated. A comparison with intermediate measurements without a measuring flash guarantees that the measurement is insensitive to the ambient light present.
